Explorer Blend is crafted to create a rich, full-body espresso that is wonderfully balanced; dark chocolatey, with notes of nutty almond and hints of dried blueberry and cedar. This blend pairs tremendously with milk-based beverages with a strong mouthfeel and an elegant lingering sweet finish.

Ethopia Guji

The Guji region has ancient roots in producing quality coffees. Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Region in Ethiopia and is named after the tribe of ‘Oromo’.

We are featuring a natural from Wolichu Wachu washing station that was founded in 2017 and serves 4,500 local smallholder producers in and around the town of Haro Wachu. The average producer here farms on half a hectare of land and delivers coffee in cherry form to the washing station, where it is processed as necessary. Our natural from this region has a deep and jammy body, lots of floral notes and a refreshing citric finish.

Typica is know for its clean cup quality while the Bourbon adds a complex and sweet taste profile.


Burundi Gatare

Sweet and creamy with fruit acidity; lots of sugar cane juice with chocolate, caramel, green grape, and orange.


Colombia Gran Galope

Colombian coffee is among the most recognizable and most dynamic in the world, with multiple growing regions whose distinct yet consistently crowd-pleasing profiles reflect the various microclimates that exist in this large country. Gran Galope is a reliable, classic coffee taste sourced as a workhorse coffee from various of these growing regions producing a cup that contains a nice balance of sweetness, fruity effervescence, and a foundation of cocoa and toffee.
